The variety of Bulgarian origin is used in scientific research as a component in crossing, in particular as a paternal form. The variety is considered as a sample of interest for breeding activities.

Morphological traits of the variety are characterized by a high thousand kernel weight, exceeding 50 grams, as well as by grain count per spike indicators. In comparative trials, the yield of the variety was evaluated as part of a group of Bulgarian varieties.
