The Jarebica variety is a winter soft wheat intended for agricultural production. In technological classification, it belongs to the third group. The grain quality and baking properties of the variety depend to a significant extent on agrotechnical conditions, in particular on nitrogen fertilizer application.
In the course of research work, the variety was used as an object for studying the variability of 1000 kernel weight and the reaction to environmental factors. Its characteristics are often considered within the framework of comparative analysis of wheat genotypes developed at the Serbian institute in Novi Sad.
