Liocharls is not a classic variety, but a population of soft winter wheat. Due to genetic heterogeneity, plants may vary in morphological characteristics, including ear shape, awn presence, and color.
The plants are tall; in field conditions, the height reaches 118 cm. The variety-population is characterized by resistance to common bunt and yellow rust, stability of yield and grain quality, as well as good competitive ability against weeds.
