The soft wheat variety Marina possesses proven resistance to Septoria nodorum blotch. This trait was fixed in the plant genotype during the breeding process through crossing with the source Nadodores 63.
The breeding of the variety was focused on increasing spike productivity. Other agronomic indicators, including plant height, maturity group, lodging resistance, and grain quality parameters, are not reflected in the studied materials.
