The population was obtained through individual selection of spring-type plants from the winter population PopKorn. It is intended for organic cultivation due to its high adaptability to unstable environmental conditions and soil composition.
The grain is distinguished by a high protein content and a strong gluten structure with a high gluten index. Flour from this wheat is capable of absorbing a significant amount of water and is suitable for baking bread with an airy crumb.
