The winter soft wheat variety «Todora» was developed at the Dobrudzha Agricultural Institute in Bulgaria. Its pedigree includes the Russian variety «Avrora», which determines the use of this wheat as a parent form for creating new hybrid lines.
The plant belongs to the bread-baking category and possesses broad adaptability to various agroclimatic conditions. The variety is capable of forming grain with a high test weight exceeding 740 g/l and demonstrates a consistently high level of gluten content.
