The spring soft wheat variety «Веселка» was developed as part of the breeding work of the V. Ya. Yuriev Plant Production Institute of the NAAS. The plant is characterized by high lodging resistance.
In scientific research, the variety is considered in the context of assessing yield formation, as well as the level of resistance to disease infection, including powdery mildew and brown leaf rust.
