The variety «Yecora E» was obtained by the method of intra-varietal selection from the variety «Yecora 70». It belongs to the early-maturing group and demonstrates the ability to maintain magnesium and calcium content in leaves when exposed to toxic concentrations of aluminum.
The plant possesses high adaptability, which allows it to be used in organic farming systems and intercropping, for example, in co-cultivation with peas. In the biochemical composition of the grain, an increased content of antioxidants and flavonoids is noted.
