The Zlatka variety is a winter wheat developed by the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad. It is used in scientific literature as a subject for genetic research and the study of milling properties, as well as the composition of glutenin proteins.
In existing publications, the variety is mentioned in the context of analyzing susceptibility to Puccinia striiformis rust. Complete agronomic parameters, such as plant height, maturity group, and disease resistance indicators, are not presented in available reference data.
