The plant belongs to the winter form with a stem height of 85–90 cm. The variety possesses genetic resistance to Barley yellow dwarf virus. It is characterized by high winter hardiness and frost resistance, although in field trials it may be inferior to local common wheat varieties in terms of overwintering performance.

The grain of the variety is distinguished by excellent quality, suitable for industrial production of flour (semolina) and pasta. The crude gluten content in the grain is about 35%, the beta-carotene content reaches 7.5 mg/kg.
