The variety is intended for the production of high-quality pasta, bread, and traditional Sardinian products. It is distinguished by early maturity, manifested in early heading dates, and good adaptability to the soil and climatic conditions of Sardinia.

Grain quality is characterized by high indices of protein and gluten content. A high proportion of α-helices is noted in the gluten structure, which determines its functional properties. In field trials, the variety demonstrates stable yield indicators.
