The variety is intended for use in the food industry, in particular for the production of pasta, due to high quality indicators, including high grain vitreosity, protein and gluten content.
Under field conditions, the variety demonstrated susceptibility to yellow rust, but showed relative resistance to infection by the causal agent of eyespot.
