The variety is intended for commercial cultivation and processing, in particular for pasta production. It is characterized by a high content and variability of volatile compounds in the grain, and the gluten index is 39.5%. Yields under conditions in Spain ranged from 5000 to 6300 kg/ha.
The plant exhibits resistance to leaf rust and shows a relatively low content of mycotoxins when infected with Fusarium head blight. The variety is frequently used in scientific research dedicated to the study of cadmium accumulation, response to biostimulants, and phosphorus use efficiency.
