The Quadruro variety is a tetraploid wheat that is actively used in breeding programs and commercial crops. One of the key characteristics of the variety is the presence of specific HMW glutenin subunits 6+17, which provides it with better gluten quality indicators compared to similar varieties containing γ-gliadin 42.
During agronomic research, the variety demonstrated high resistance to a complex of viral infections SBWMV and WSSMV. Cases of high resistance to rust infection were also noted in regions of Italy in the late 1980s. Precise data on maturity group, stem height, and lodging resistance are not presented in open materials.

Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
