The variety was created within the framework of the CREA VE di Turi research center program, aimed at breeding seedless varieties using traditional selection and embryo culture, as well as increasing resistance to fungal diseases.
The plant is classified as a white-berried grape. At present, the variety is undergoing testing at a demonstration site in Velletri; detailed descriptions of morphological traits, yield, and ripening periods have not been published.
