Variety description

10 August 2026

A mid-season or mid-late ripening variety with late bud break, which allows it to avoid spring frosts. The vine has high vigor, which requires regular pruning and shoot thinning to prevent overcrowding.

The leaves are five-lobed and deeply incised. The bunches are medium or large, conical, and often loose. The berries are round, juicy, yellow-green in color, and acquire a brownish-yellow hue upon full ripening.

The variety has good resistance to downy mildew, but is susceptible to powdery mildew and gray mold under high humidity. Frost resistance is high, withstanding temperatures down to –10 °C and lower.

It is used for the production of wines with an aromatic profile that includes notes of apple, pear, citrus, and apricot. It is suitable for creating a wide range of wines, from dry to dessert styles.
