The variety has breeding index UD-109,052 and is intended for the production of white wines stylistically reminiscent of Chardonnay with notes of Pinot Gris. The berries have white skin, and the wine quality is rated as comparable to or superior to the parent varieties.
The plant belongs to a new generation of varieties with increased resistance to fungal diseases, including downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola), powdery mildew (Oidium), and black rot.
