The variety is a hybrid of Riesling and Sylvaner. Vines are vigorous with moderate lateral shoot formation. Leaves are medium-sized, five-lobed. Clusters are medium-sized, broad-conical, and dense. Berries are medium-sized, round, yellow-green in color with firm skin.

The variety possesses relatively high frost resistance and resistance to fungal diseases, including powdery mildew and Botrytis, is low-susceptible to chlorosis, and adapts well to soils. Yield is high and stable. The flower is hermaphroditic.

Wine grape variety for the production of white wines, capable of accumulating a significant amount of sugar. The wine bouquet features notes of grapefruit, lemon, and currant. It has limited distribution in the Rheingau, Franken, and Pfalz regions, as well as in New Zealand.
