The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Alphonse Lavallée and Red Malaga. The plant possesses high vigor and requires training, for example, using pergola or lyre systems, and the performance of green operations to ensure high-quality berry coloration.

Clusters are large, conical or pyramidal in shape, medium-dense or loose, weighing 600–800 g. Berries are large, oval or oblong, with firm dark blue skin and juicy, crisp flesh with a harmonious taste.

The variety has medium resistance to fungal diseases and moderate frost resistance down to -19 °C. Incompatibility with 140Ru, 779P, and Kober 5BB rootstocks has been noted. It is characterized by good storage capability and high resistance to transportation.
