Late-maturing variety, technical maturity occurs at the end of September. The bush is characterized by high vigor and good cane maturation. Large bunches weighing up to 700 grams have a cylindrical-conical shape, are winged, loose, with a long herbaceous peduncle.

The berries are large, oval-shaped with a widening in the upper part, covered with a thin skin with a waxy bloom, and have fleshy-juicy firm pulp. A pinkish hue may appear on the sunny side of the berries. The variety is the result of natural crossing of the varieties Chaouch Blanc and Pehlivans Kara.

The variety has weak frost resistance and low resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold. Intended for fresh consumption, production of compotes, jams, and raisins, and is sometimes used in winemaking for creating white wines.
