The plant has moderate vigor. The leaf is medium to small in size, rounded, 3–5-lobed, with arachnoid or felt-like pubescence on the underside and a reddish petiole. The bunch is medium-sized, shouldered, and quite dense.
Berries are small, oblong, yellow in color, and covered with a waxy bloom. The skin is of medium thickness and firm. The flesh is juicy, melting, with a neutral taste.
The variety is mid-season maturing and sensitive to frost. Berries are prone to Botrytis cinerea, which requires control of vine aeration. The wines are characterized by high acidity and floral, spicy, and honey aromas.
