The variety forms a dense turf due to the active formation of stolons. Characterized by high tolerance to anthracnose, dollar spot, and brown patch, as well as the ability to withstand extreme temperatures and intensive mechanical wear.
The plant is adapted for use on golf courses, including greens, tees, and fairways. It is used both in monoculture and as part of turfgrass mixtures to ensure high quality of the playing surface under conditions of intensive maintenance.
