The variety is a perennial tall-growing grass whose plants reach a height of up to 1.5 meters. It forms loose tussocks and is distinguished by its ability to grow on various soil types.

The variety demonstrates resistance to leaf diseases and snow mold, and also possesses high tolerance to drought conditions. In forage production, it is used as part of grass mixtures for seeded meadows and pastures, especially on dry soils.
