The variety is early-maturing, with the period from mass emergence to marketable maturity being 10–20 days. The plant forms a leaf rosette 20–30 cm in height, and the weight of a single plant reaches 14–15 grams. The leaves are light green in color, dissected in shape, with wavy edges, and possess a tender, succulent consistency and a piquant mustard flavor.
The crop is cold-resistant, suitable for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation, with a yield of up to 3 kg/m². The variety is used as a salad crop for preparing appetizers, sandwiches, and as an additive to first and second courses.
