The variety is intended for use in fodder production; in particular, it is recommended for overseeding into thin alfalfa stands to increase the productivity and longevity of the grass stands.
The variety provides a high green mass yield, which ranges from 40 to 48 t/ha when sown in the spring. Like other varieties of the winter growth habit, the variety requires timely sowing so that the plants enter winter sufficiently developed, with a minimum of 4–5 leaves to ensure a good seed yield the following year.
