Plants reach a height of 60–110 cm to 120–150 cm. The variety has high winter hardiness, and thanks to a powerful root system that penetrates the soil to a depth of up to 2 meters, it is characterized by high drought tolerance.

100 kg of hay contains about 50 feed units and 5 kg of digestible protein. The average hay yield is about 70 c/ha, and green mass yield is up to 350 c/ha. The variety is suitable for establishing hayfields and pastures, tolerates trampling well, and is also used for soil stabilization against erosion.
