The plant forms a compact oval head, the shape of which resembles a hood or a rose. The leaves are broad, rounded, and have an upright growth habit.
The variety is used as a salad chicory. The harvest is suitable for collection both as whole heads and selectively by individual leaves. In trials, the variety demonstrated high marketable yield.
