Variety description

The plant forms a loose, open rosette resembling an open flower. Leaves are wide, rounded, and slightly wavy at the edges, having a base cream-white color with contrasting bright red or burgundy speckles. The diameter of the head is at least 15 cm, average weight is about 300 g.

The variety is late-maturing, the period from planting to maturity takes from 80 to 110 days. To reduce bitterness and achieve the characteristic coloration, the plants are subjected to blanching. The crop is capable of tolerating light frosts, the taste of the leaves is characterized as delicate, crispy, with a slight sweetish note.
