Variety description

The tree is of medium size, reaching 2–6 meters in height, with a rounded, often drooping crown. The leaves have a characteristic narrow, lanceolate shape resembling willow leaves, and the shoots are usually thornless.

The fruits ripen between November and January, are of medium size, have a flattened shape, and a thin orange peel that separates easily. The juicy pulp is distinguished by a sweet taste and a specific aroma, however, fruit quality decreases if left on the tree for too long.

The plant is prone to alternate bearing and is characterized by high hardiness. In addition to consuming the fruit fresh, the crop has industrial importance for the production of essential oils from the peel, flowers, leaves, and twigs.
