RED MARSH, also known as Redblush, is a natural mutation of the Thompson variety, which originates from Marsh. The trees are vigorous, with an extensive spreading crown, reaching a height of 5–6 meters. The variety is heat-loving and has poor frost tolerance; at temperatures below +3 °C, the fruit sustains damage.
The fruits are medium-sized, from 210 to 520 g, round or slightly flattened in shape with smooth, thin skin. The flesh is juicy, sweet and sour, with a characteristic bitterness. The variety is mid-late, the fruits store well and withstand transport, and are suitable for fresh consumption and processing into juice.
