Trees are vigorous, strong-growing, with a spreading, dense canopy and the possible presence of small thorns on the branches. The onset of fruiting occurs within five years after planting. The variety is early-maturing; the harvest period spans from early December to March, and the fruits keep well on the tree for a long time.
The fruits have a flattened shape and an average weight of 400–500 g. The rind is thick and smooth. The flesh is light yellow, juicy, with low acid content and is practically seedless. The white membranes of the segments may have a pronounced bitterness.
The variety has good keeping quality and transportability. There is data on susceptibility to the citrus tristeza virus and infestation by fruit flies.
