The LUNARIO variety, also known as Four Seasons, originates from Italy. The plant is capable of reaching 4–6 meters in height in the open field, however, when grown in pots, it is kept at 0.8–2 meters. Branches can be both upright and spreading, requiring pruning to shape the crown.

Fruits have an average weight of 120–170 g, an oblong-elliptical or ovoid shape, often with a pronounced neck and a nipple at the apex. The rind is thin and smooth, turning yellow upon ripening. The pulp is juicy, with a mildly acidic taste; the number of seeds is minimal or absent.

The variety is everbearing: flowers, ovaries, and fruits of varying degrees of maturity can be present on the tree simultaneously. The crop is characterized as drought-tolerant and adapted to cultivation in greenhouses and indoor environments.
