The variety is a hybrid obtained from crossing the diploid mandarin Fortuna and the tetraploid mandarin Avana. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, drooping branches, and moderate development strength.
The fruits are medium to large in size, slightly flattened in shape with a bright orange, thin, smooth peel that is easy to peel. The pulp is juicy, has an intense aroma, and a balanced content of sugars and acids.
Due to its triploid nature, the variety is practically seedless and does not contribute to seed formation in other varieties during pollination. The fruits ripen in the late period, from mid-January to March-April, store well, and can remain on the tree for a long time after ripening.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
