Variety description

The variety is a deciduous climber with a compact growth habit. Flat flowers up to 15 cm in diameter have six broadly elliptic sepals that overlap by half. The color of the sepals is mauve with a red-purple stripe on the inside and a lighter shade on the outside, with a rounded apex and an acute tip.

The plant is characterized by continuous flowering during the spring-summer period. The variety has high winter hardiness and is suitable for cultivation in USDA zones 4–11.
