Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 1.5–1.8 meters. The flowers, 6–7 cm in diameter, consist of 6–7 sepals of deep red-purple color with a white stripe along the center. As the flower ages, the color changes to reddish-purple with distinct red veining on the central stripe; anthers are yellowish-green with white filaments.

The variety is characterized by abundant flowering from July to October. It belongs to the 3rd pruning group, requiring strong shoot pruning at a height of 15–20 cm in the spring. The plant is winter hardy in zones 4–9 and, due to its compact size, is suitable for container cultivation, use in mixed borders, or as a groundcover plant.
