Variety description

The variety is a herbaceous subshrub that does not cling to supports on its own. The plant grows to 1.0–1.5 m in height, in some cases reaching 2.0 m.

The star-shaped flowers are 5–7 cm in diameter. The petals are colored blue-light blue with lilac shades and a darker central stripe.

The flowering period lasts from May or June to September. The variety belongs to the 3rd pruning group, as its above-ground part dies back for the winter. The plant is suitable for creating borders, mass plantings, container cultivation, and cutting.
