The mid-ripening variety forms pear-shaped, golden-yellow fruits with a sweet-and-sour taste and a characteristic aroma. The plant has a tendency for upright growth, reaching 5 meters in height and 6 meters in width.

The fruits are suitable for processing into marmalade, jelly, and juices; the soluble solids content is about 10.9%. In Czech literature, the variety is considered part of genetic resources, and the possibility of using the plant as a rootstock for pears is also mentioned.
