Variety description

The variety belongs to the Romanesco group and was bred as a result of clonal selection of traditional populations from the Italian regions of Marche and Abruzzo. The plant has a horizontal leaf position and forms medium-sized inflorescences that lack spines.

The variety is mid-season, with harvesting occurring at the end of April. Average productivity is about 1.1 kg per plant. The crop is intended for spring cultivation in the conditions of Central Italy.
