The Violin variety is a hybrid propagated by seeds and focused on industrial production. In agronomic studies, this variety was characterized as possessing high salt tolerance.

During tests, it was established that soil salinity does not have a negative impact on the main biometric indicators of the inflorescences, including the percentage of the edible part, the ratio of head diameter to length, and the amount of waste.
