Variety description

The variety forms large globose heads with dense fleshy bracts. The color of the inflorescences is saturated purple with a greenish tint. The plant has medium-high vegetative vigor and is characterized by good resistance to low temperatures.

The variety is highly productive, with maturity group classified as late — the crop ripens a few days later than the Romanesco C3 variety. For successful cultivation, the crop requires a small number of chilling hours during the winter period.
