Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a compact evergreen shrub with a dense crown. The leaves are small, needle-shaped, and dark green in color. The height of an adult plant is usually from 25 to 50 cm.

The flowers are small, bell-shaped or tubular, and have a ruby-pink (purple-red) hue. The flowering period is prolonged: it begins in November and lasts until April-May, reaching its peak activity from January to March.

The variety is hardy, grows well in sunny or semi-shaded areas with good drainage and moderately acidic soils. In severe winters, the use of cover is recommended. It is used in landscape design for heather gardens, group plantings, and container cultivation.
