The variety belongs to turf-type tall fescue and is distinguished by its ability to form dense turf coverage. The main purpose of the crop is landscaping and the development of sports facilities that require high wear resistance.

During trials, the variety demonstrates resistance to diseases characteristic of the species, including brown patch caused by Rhizoctonia solani and gray leaf spot.
