The variety is intended for creating turf covers and possesses good adaptability. Due to its morphological characteristics, in particular the wide leaf blade, the variety is suitable for overseeding in areas shaded by trees or structures.

The presence of endophytes in the plant structure contributes to increasing the resistance of the grass stand to various environmental stress factors. The variety has been repeatedly evaluated in National Turfgrass Evaluation Program (NTEP) trials for quality characteristics.
