The variety is intended for forming lawns and demonstrates high adaptability to various operating conditions, including areas with high traffic. The plant is characterized by good tolerance to cold and shading, as well as high wear resistance to trampling.

The variety possesses resistance to gray leaf spot and Rhizoctonia. A number of publications note the absence of rhizomes in this variety.
