Variety description

10 August 2026

The BRIANZOLO variety belongs to folk selection and has a universal purpose: the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and drying. The BRIANZOLO Bianco type is capable of wilting directly on the tree. The trees have an open, spreading growth habit.

BRIANZOLO Rosso produces a breba crop and an early main crop. The fruits are medium to large in size, pear-shaped with pinkish-red skin and cream-colored flesh. This type has a tight eye that protects the fruit from pests. BRIANZOLO Bianco is characterized by small fruits with green skin and dark red flesh.
