The Menunceddha tree is characterized by high vigor and a spreading crown. The leaves are large, three- or five-lobed, with a crenate margin and a long petiole.
The fruits are medium-large, weighing 70–100 g, with a pear-shaped flattened form and a flat apex. The skin is green, medium-thick, with white lenticels and potential cracking at maturity. The flesh is dark red, with a dense, pasty consistency, medium juiciness, a medium-sized cavity, and medium-large seeds.
The variety is uniferous and parthenocarpic, which ensures fruit set without pollination. Due to its flavor qualities and resistance to transport, the fruits are primarily used for fresh consumption.
