The plant is a climbing vine belonging to the species Hydrangea anomala. The variety is distinguished from typical representatives of the subspecies petiolaris by more vigorous and rapid growth.

During the flowering period, the variety forms white inflorescences. In the autumn period, the foliage acquires a golden-yellow hue. The plant is used for ornamental purposes for vertical landscaping, including covering walls.
