The plant's flowering period occurs from July to September. The bush has a width of 1.2–1.5 m and sturdy shoots. The leaves of the variety are characterized by resistance to powdery mildew and other diseases.

In acidic soil conditions, the petals turn blue. Winter hardiness of the variety is characterized ambiguously: some data indicate zone 6 with the need for covering, while others suggest the possibility of overwintering in zone 4 and flowering on current-year shoots.

The variety is used in landscape design for solitary and group plantings, creating hedges, and decorating recreational areas.
