Variety description

The variety forms a rounded, dense bush, reaching a height and width of 1.2–1.5 m at ten years of age. The leaves are dark green, heart-shaped or elliptical with a serrated edge. The inflorescence type is "lacecap": in the center there are small fertile flowers surrounded by a ring of large sterile ones.

Flowering occurs from July to September on the previous year's shoots. The color of the flowers depends on the soil composition: in acidic soils with aluminum content they are blue, in neutral or alkaline soils they are pink or mauve-pink. The crop is characterized by vigorous growth and winter hardiness down to -20...-25°C.
