Variety description

The shrub is characterized by a compact, dense habit and reaches 130–150 cm in height with a width of 90–130 cm. The leaves are dark green, broadly ovate, with a serrated edge.

Large spherical inflorescences about 20 cm in diameter consist of many flowers. The color varies from bright pink and carmine-pink to violet-blue depending on soil pH; by autumn, the inflorescences often acquire a deep wine-red shade.

The flowering period is long, beginning in June and continuing until September. The variety is suitable for solitary and group plantings, container cultivation, and cutting.
